What we collect: when you submit the demo request form we collect your business name, contact name, and the email and/or phone you provide, plus any optional details you add (website, service type, preferred time, message).
Why: only to review your request and contact you about a demo or supervised pilot.
Technical providers: submissions are stored with our technical provider (Supabase) and the site is hosted on Lovable; these providers process data on our behalf.
Retention: we keep demo requests only as long as needed to respond and follow up.
No sale of data: we do not sell your personal information.

Scope: the service is initially oriented to the United States.

Meta platform data (Facebook and Instagram)
Revenue Recovery AI operates its own Facebook Page and professional Instagram account through the Meta Graph API.
What we receive: content and metrics from our own posts; and when someone writes to us or comments, their public profile name, their platform identifier, and the content of the message or comment.
How we use it: to respond to inquiries, manage comments on our accounts, and measure the performance of our own content.
What we do not do: we do not sell this data, use it for advertising, combine it with third-party data, or contact anyone who has not written to us first.
Retention: only as long as necessary to respond, and deleted on request.
